Gua Sha Tool

Step 1 – Prep Your Skin
Start with clean skin. Apply your favorite moisturizer, facial oil, or serum to your face and neck. This helps the gua sha glide smoothly and prevents unnecessary pulling on the skin.

Step 2 – Massage the Neck
Using the V-shaped edge of the gua sha, gently glide upward from the base of your neck toward your jawline. Repeat 3–5 times on each side, including the back of the neck.

Step 3 – Define the Jawline
Place the V-shaped edge at the center of your chin and gently sweep upward and outward along your jawline toward your ear. Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Step 4 – Lift the Cheeks
Using the long edge of the gua sha, start at the center of your face and glide upward and outward across your cheeks toward your hairline. Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Step 5 – Care for the Under-Eye Area
Using the curved edge, gently glide from the inner corner of the under-eye area toward your temple. Use very light pressure and repeat 3 times on each side.

Step 6 – Massage the Forehead
Starting at your eyebrows, glide the long edge of the gua sha upward toward your hairline. Work across the left, center, and right sections of your forehead, repeating 3–5 times for each section.

Step 2 – Roll the Neck
Using the larger roller, begin at the base of your neck and roll upward toward your jawline. Repeat 3–5 times, working around the entire neck.

Step 3 – Roll the Face
Starting at the center of your chin, roll upward and outward along your jawline. Continue the same motion across your cheeks and cheekbones. Repeat each section 3–5 times.

Step 4 – Refresh the Under-Eye Area
Use the smaller roller beneath your eyes, rolling gently from the inner corner toward your temples. Repeat 3–5 times on each side.

Step 5 – Massage the Forehead
Using the larger roller, glide upward from your eyebrows toward your hairline. Then roll from the center of your forehead outward toward each temple. Repeat 3–5 times.
